Step No. 2. Contact me by email mb@nrennerlex.com or use the quick connect on the main page to contact me. I will respond in short order to your concerns.
Step 3. Make an appointment with my office. You can either call me or make it with me directly via email. If you can't come to my office, I may be able to meet you closer to your residence.
Step 4. After the appointment if you decide to hire me, we must sign a retainer agreement which will spell out the services needed and the cost thereof.
Step 5. After being retained I will need to gather financial information on you. This information will remain confidential throughout the entire process and will be included into the bankruptcy petition which I will prepare. Cllick here for a list of the documents needed.
Once the financial information is complete your case will be filed in the appropriate division of the Bankruptcy Court in your District.
