Clients started Loan Mod in 2009. They were denied twice. A chapter 7 was filed to stop the foreclosure on their property and they received a discharge in 2010. We applaied for another loan modification and clients were granted a temporary modification in November 2011 which be came permanent in February 2012.
They received a 5.5% interest rate fixed modification for 30 years.
Their payment is $3,637.31 which includes; Principal, Interest, Prop Taxes and Insurance. They also qualified for a principal reduction of $68,000 per year for the next 3 years as long as they stay current on ttheir monthly payments for the next three years, with the potential to reduce their UPB by $204.
